Eric played youth hockey, AAA travel hockey, junior hockey, Division 1 college hockey, and professional hockey. He is now fully transitioned to a Professional Goalie Coach near Swartz Creek, MI and in the greater Flint and Brighton, MI areas. .

Playing PeeWee AAA for Team Illinois, Eric's team won a national championship.
After taking the team to the league championship, Eric was nominated by the league for goalie of the year.
Eric was an NCAA finalist for the Humanitarian Award, for his work with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program while playing for Western Michigan University.
While working for Warrior as a product manager and pro sales rep, Eric invented the removeable palm in the Ritual goalie gloves along with Pete Smith and the other designers. During this time he was also a Professional Goalie Coach and helped the Rochester Hills Youth Hockey Association.
Growing up Eric was considered a top prospect and one of ten goalies invited to train in Colorado Springs with the USA Hockey.
For many years Eric has travel the US and Canada teaching goalies of all ages and skill levels. Today, Eric has two kids that are playing goalie and still helps train goalies individually and as a group as a Professional Goalie Coach . Never stop learning and evolving your craft.
Eric worked at Vaughn Custom Sports and Warrior Sports where he held goalie specific positions with the companies. He can help fit and find the correct equipment for any goalie. Any Experienced Goalie Coach will tell you that proper fitting gear is a huge part of the equation to being a great goaltender.
While at Warrior, Eric was responsible for growing goalie exposure at the NHL, Minor League, and College levels. We customized our gear to meet the goalies needs.
As a product manager, Eric was responsible for bringing goalie equipment from idea to on shelf for consumers to purchase. Eric created the Ritual name while sitting at his kitchen table. He was also responsible for the patented glove liner idea that Warrior still uses today. In addition, Eric traveled all over North America to do dealer presentations in an effort to grow the Warrior Ritual retail presence.
